About Willow Health

At Willow Health, health care is designed around you. We provide women’s health, primary care, and cancer survivorship services that adapt to every stage of life. Our mission is to deliver evidence-based medicine with the warmth and attentiveness of a independent clinic, so every patient feels supported and understood.

Dr. Jessie Lindemann started Willow Health after recognizing how many patients needed more than traditional medical follow-up. During her years as a Breast Specialist at the Edith Sanford Breast Clinic, she met women who had completed treatment but were left without clear direction for their long-term health. Many faced fatigue, bone loss, emotional strain, or fear of recurrence with few resources to guide them. Jessie saw the need for a place where patients could receive both high-level medical care and the reassurance of a clear, personalized plan for the future.

Willow Health was created to be that place. Here, patients find not only medical expertise but also continuity, education, and support tailored to their history, treatments, and goals. Care is built around the whole person, with a focus on giving patients clarity about what comes next and confidence in their health moving forward.

Jessie’s background in science and medicine prepared her for this work. After graduating from Fargo North High School, she earned a BA in Chemistry from Oberlin College, an MS in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and her MD from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the UW Health Eau Claire Family Medicine Residency Program and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Beyond the clinic, Jessie serves as the 2025 Elevate Ambassador for Cancer Nation, Team Leader of the Survivorship Action Team of the North Dakota Cancer Coalition, and Founder of the North Dakota Cancer Survivorship Foundation. Locally, she is the Health Officer for Fargo Cass Public Health and will soon take on the role of Lab Director. Each of these roles reflects her ongoing work to expand resources, improve care, and strengthen health outcomes for survivors and families across North Dakota.

Willow Health is also preparing for Commission on Cancer (CoC) accreditation, which will make it one of the few independent practices in the region recognized for survivorship excellence. This step reflects our commitment to ensuring that every patient receives thoughtful, comprehensive care long after treatment ends.

At Willow Health, you are more than a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. You are a whole person with individual needs, and our role is to provide the medical expertise, resources, and guidance that help you live well at every stage.
